Lean on others who are also going through the un-coupling process for support in our caring and safe group. Explore customized tools designed to help you learn more about who you are, what your obstacles are and how to overcome them.
As a woman who has grown through my own divorce, I have decided to use my certification as a life coach and my highly developed intuition to offer one on one coaching, support groups, workshops and meditation.

The daytime group meets the second Thursday of every month from 10 am – 11:30 am at Total Life Care Center, 52 East Avenue, Norwalk, CT. Upcoming dates: 10/3, 11/12, 12/10.
The evening group meets the third Thursday of every month from 7 pm – 8:30 pm at Total Life Care Center, 52 East Avenue, Norwalk, CT. Upcoming dates: 9/17, 10/15, 11/19, 12/17.

Growth Through Divorce Workshop

Growth Through Divorce Weekend Workshop offers dedicated focused time to work through and release emotional stuck points.
Connect to who you really are as you learn how to negotiate the uncoupling process.
There will be 4 guest practitioners offering their services and helpful tools.
Beth Leas will share simple and profound energy healing exercises garnered from her 25 years doing transformative healing work. Increase your energy levels, lower stress, and improve overall well- being and coping skills.
Bill Donaldson, CFP, will discuss financial issues with divorce. Information is power. Before you finalize your divorce, you need the right information to make the best decisions for your financial future. You will be provided with the tools and information you need to move forward in your new life with confidence.
Marian Edvardson will lead the group through EFT. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a remarkably gentle and effective method to feel better and bring balance back into your life, simply by tapping on traditional Chinese acupressure points to release your body’s pain, limiting beliefs, and negative emotional states.
Carrie Picardi will lead the group through some restorative yoga and healing crystal practices.

Elements Fall Meditation Series
Did you know that each of the elements resides within us? Having these elements in balance inside of us helps us to be more connected to ourselves and centered as we go about our daily lives. The goal of this new Elements Meditation series is to bring focus to the elements and where they are inside you. The first night we will do an introductory meditation involving all five of the elements. Then each of the five sessions thereafter will focus on one of the elements in the order of Earth, Space, Fire, Air and Water. The final night of the series will be an exciting, active and advanced meditation that, again, encompasses all five of the elements and truly brings them in to balance. So set aside the seven nights listed below to give yourself the gift of Meditation Mondays.
